$71.00 Add to cartHere we have a medium brown Alpaca fleece with 3-inch locks and defined crimp. Crimp is usually hard to see in washed alpaca. Most alpaca does not have any and often the crimp is lost in the wash cycle. We really like alpaca that holds its crimp through the wash. This is a very nice soft fleece. Sold as a whole fleece weighing 1.3 pounds.

With all the color variations it should produce some very interesting, mottled colors if dyed; it also has some sheen though not as much as the breed typically exhibits. This is a rare breed and is listed on the National Livestock Conservancy’s Priority List. Each order of four ounces or more will include a passport sticker for the Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em Initiative.
