Can I return an item if I do not like it?
On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with something you have purchased from us, you may return it via pre-paid freight. A credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee. Credits will be issued by check and will be issued within two weeks of receiving the items in new, unused condition.
What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer?
Our company consists of a father and son team and our last name is on just about every item we make. That means something special to both of us, and we do not put out any item that we feel does not represent our family or the quality of work of which we are capable. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects, and we work with our customers to ensure they are happy with both the form and function of any product we make.
Can I cancel a deposit?
Deposits for drum carders, wheels, etc., are non-refundable, but you may cancel the order at any time before shipment. Orders paid in full (at time of purchase or via payment plan) are subject to the 25% restocking fee if cancelled. Credits will be issued by check and will be issued within two weeks of request.
