$20.00 Read moreA Black Welsh Mountain fleece measuring 3 to 4 inches in length. As is common for this breed, this fleece is relatively coarse and destined for outwear or tapestry work. There is more vegetable matter than we typically allow in this fleece, but the breed is quite rare. It is on the National Livestock Conservancy’s Conservation Priority List, and each order of four ounces or more will include a passport sticker for their Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em Initiative.

It is exceptionally rare to find a fleece with this combination of length and softness. This breed is on the Conservation Priority List and each order of four ounces or more will include a SE2SE Passport sticker.
