This naughty lamb shook off its coat a few times during the growing season, and there are spots that have more VM than we typically see in a coated fleece. This will be a fun and interesting fleece to process. Sold as a whole 2.2 pound fleece.

We would describe it as soft to medium in fineness, excellent for socks. The locks are 4 to 5-inches in length.

Most locks measure four to five inches in length. As these are skirtings, there is more vegetable matter here than we allow in Good Clean Fiber, but it can all be removed with a flicker or Lock Pop. There are no tag ends (manure) in this skirtings and like all of our Good Clean Fiber, this has been washed and is free of lanolin. Sold in 1 pound (16 oz.) increments.
