  • Fleece for Sale

    Border Leicester x CVM #22252

    $18.00$104.00 Select options

Bright white and big crimp! This unique cross of Border Leicester and CVM looks like someone took a CVM and just made everything bigger: 5″ long locks, big french fry crimp, and slightly larger fiber diameter – resulting in a medium hand rather than the typically silky soft hand of CVM. Still, this is an all around fun and squishy fleece.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Cheviot #2346

    $14.00$42.00 Select options

A 6″ white Cheviot. This is our first offering of this breed and is additional fleece from our 3rd quarter 2023 Pure subscription club. This fleece is relatively coarse and most people will prefer not to wear it next to skin except possibly for socks.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Coopworth #19109

    $14.00$75.00 Select options

A typical Coopworth fleece, white with a tan tip. This color is perfect to use as is or would be excellent to over dye. At 4.5 inches in length it can be processed either woolen or worsted.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Coopworth x Shetland x Merino #19193

    $13.00$71.00 Read more

A fun crossbreed with 5″ locks and a medium hand. The breeding on this fleece was 50% Coopworth and 25% each Merino and Shetland, and this fleece is pretty much what you would expect when its lineage is half long wool and half fine wools.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Corriedale x Merino x Cormo x Wensleydale #22310

    $17.00$175.00 Select options

A creamy white four-way crossbreed with soft 4″ locks. This fleece is from the same sheep that we used for our 3rd quarter Bliss club, but is from a different year – one in which its fleece was a little shorter and a little muddier. Overall, still a nice fleece and a fun crossbreed.

  • Fleece for Sale

    $15.00$25.00 Select options

This is our first offering of Horned Dorset. It is a white, medium hand fleece with 5″ long locks. It has a tighter crimp than one would expect for a fleece of this length. This is a Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em breed and each order of 4 ounces or more will receive a passport sticker.

  • GCF Imperfect

    Imperfect Icelandic #423193

    $42.00 Add to cart

A white, black, and gray Icelandic fleece with 5″ thel and tog that measures as much as 10″ in length. This portion of the fleece has some matting in the soft thel which may be unuseable (the tog is just fine though), so it is in our Imperfect category. Sold as one 12 ounce portion.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Karakul Lamb #2204

    $16.00$29.00 Select options

A white Karakul lamb fleece with tan and red tips. A staple length around 5″ should make this a relatively easy fleece to spin and process and as a lamb, it does have a softer hand than we typically see in this breed.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Merino #22041

    $16.00$94.00 Select options

A luscious, creamy white Merino that checks in at 19 micron and 4.5 inches.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Merino Crossbreed #2199

    $19.00$109.00 Select options

A bright white Merino Crossbred measuring 5″ in length. The thin locks have high energy and a combination of wavy and curly crimp. As we do not know this fleece’s progeny (other than Merino) and it looks and feels like a Merino with a little extra length, we have simply listed it as a Merino Crossbreed.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Suffolk x Teeswater x Gotland #23107

    $19.00$114.00 Select options

Don’t let the word Suffolk scare you away from this fleece! Despite being a crossbreed of a dual-purpose breed and two long wools, this fleece has a medium to soft hand. White to light gray with loose, mostly french fry style but occassionally wavy 5″ long locks. A wonderful example of the effects of cross breeding.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Tunis #22059

    $14.00$39.00 Select options

A 3.5″ Tunis that with good crimp and average length for the breed. Each order of 4 oz. or more will come with a passport sticker for the Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em initiative from the National Livestock Conservancy.

    Wensleydale #2314

A white Wensleydale lamb with a soft hand that runs from creamy to golden in color. Locks measure 5″ in length and end in tell-tale curlicue tips.

  • Fleece for Sale

    Wensleydale #234

    $20.00$64.00 Select options

White Wensleydale with 5″ long locks in a very open, wavy lock structure. Like most Wensleydales, this fleece has a surprisingly soft hand for being a longwool. Due to the open and distinct form of the locks, this would be a fun fleece to experiment with in the dye pot.
