The smaller version of our cotton hand cards feature 120 teeth per inch. This tooth spacing is designed for cotton and other short, fine fibers such as angora rabbit, cashmere, and merino and rambouillet wool. While these are lighter and easier to store than their standard size counterparts, they do make smaller punis since their carding area is half as large.

Our Student Cotton Hand Cards are available in our standard alder back with maple handle as well as cherry, walnut, and occasionally other select hardwoods.
