Overall, still a nice fleece and a fun crossbreed.

It is in our Imperfect category as it has more than a bit of small chaff and will need to be gone through lock by lock with a Lock Pop or flicker to separate the vegetable matter from the luscious fiber. This diamond in the rough is sold in one pound increments.

This fleece definietly had a break at the root (cut) end, but we also found it to be tender in a couple spots around the fleece, so your mileage may vary with this one. While the length seems to be fairly uniform at around six inches, the color runs from white to light tan to light gray, while the locks structure runs from distinct and highly energized to amorphous and relaxed. This fleece has a relatively soft handle that will be next to skin soft for most people and will be interesting to process and spin.
