A “black” Corriedale consisting of charcoal and dark brown hues. This is an Austrailian-style Corriedale, meaning it is shorter, finer, and has more energy than typical Corriedales grown in the US. The 4″ locks have a tight crimp, medium to soft hand, and open easily for processing.

A 4″ Corriedale with Australian lineage, meaning it is softer and has more crimp than we typically see of other Corriedales grown here in the US. Lightly variegated from dark gray through black with some brown tips, this fleece has gorgeous natrual color that could be best descriped as charcoal. It has a medium to soft hand and can be used next to skin or just one layer out for most people.

There is some light matting at the base of the locks – as can be expected with a fleece of this length – but the locks pull apart easily for processing. Sold as a half fleece weighing 2.0 pounds.
