The ultimate batt removal and storage tool! The Batt Lifter is the only tool designed to remove virtually an entire batt and store it without matting or felting before you are ready to use it. Fiber can be stored indefinitely, yet is ready to use anytime. Batts that are packed with a brush tend to release from the card cloth easier than those that are not packed – leaving less fibers behind to clean and your batt intact.

Our hand-held packing brush allows the user to create a 30% larger batt. The nylon bristles also help dissipate static from carding and help to control fly-away fibers. Batts that are packed with a brush tend to release from the card cloth easier than those that are not packed – leaving less fibers behind to clean and your batt intact. This is the packing tool of choice when using a diz.
