Thick, luscious, six inch long locks are what you will find in this bright white fleece from the sheep appropriately named “Lil’ Curly.” This fleece exhibits the easy to open tips, sheen and relatively soft hand of a Wensleydale, but with some added energy from the influence of the BFL.

A stunning crossbreed fleece with french fry crimp, a soft hand, lots of sheen, and 4″ locks. While we call this variegated coloring “oatmeal,” don’t let that bland name fool you: it has multiple shades of tans, grays, and browns that will blend for an eye-catching depth of color once processed.

A chocolate brown lamb fleece with french fry style locks ending in blonde curlicue tips. This is a fun crossbreed that is half Wensleydale x CVM and half CVM x Wensleydale x Lincoln. The result is a soft hand, bold lock structure, springy crimp, and a bit of sheen.

A creamy white crossbreed with occasional touches of light gray. Its french fry style locks are mostly distinct and four to five inches in length. The handle is medium to soft and will be next to skin soft for most people.

A fantastic longwool crossbreed with seven to eight inch long golden white locks. The Wensleydale influence is obvious in this fleece, as the locks have a medium to soft feel to them.

Our first ever offering of the Zwartables breed! This fleece has a medium hand that probably is not soft enough for next to skin use for most people. It is charcoal gray to black with sunkissed brown and blonde tips. Locks are around 4″ in length and process easily. We did find some sporadic tender spots on the butt/cut end of this fleece, but not throughout. With little experience with this breed, we are not sure if that is a breed characteristic or unique to this fleece. Overall, this looks to be a fun new breed to work with!
