A variegated brown and gray Corriedale measuring 3.5 to 4 inches in length. This fleece was grown domestically, but comes from Australian breeding stock, which is much finer than typical US Corriedale. The result is less length and a softer hand than one would expect from most Corriedales grown here in the US; the crimp and hand more closely resemble Merino than Corriedale.

A 4″ Corriedale with Australian lineage, meaning it is softer and has more crimp than we typically see of other Corriedales grown here in the US. Lightly variegated from dark gray through black with some brown tips, this fleece has gorgeous natrual color that could be best descriped as charcoal. It has a medium to soft hand and can be used next to skin or just one layer out for most people.

This is about as perfect as a Corriedale fleece as we have found. Creamy white – albeit with a little bit of yellow in the tips – with a bit of luster and 6″ long, french fry-style locks. It has a medium to soft hand that is rare in a fleece with this kind of length.

A fun, soft, crimpy Corriedale measuring around 4″ in length. The lock structure and color vary throughout this fleece. In some places, the locks are thin and almost BFL-like while in other places, they are thick and look like traditional Corriedale locks. This fleece is mostly bright white, but appears to be more of a cremay or off-white in many places, and also has some yolk staining that will also give it a creamy appearance when processed. Sold as a half fleece weighing 2.3 pounds.

A dark black crossbreed measuring 7″ in length! While this has a softer feel than you expect from a fleece this long, it has a medium hand and would be appropriate to use in a second layer, rather than next to skin. The locks have a hint of brown on the tips that will blend in to create a beautiful depth of color when processed. This should be a relatively easy fleece to process for its length, as the tips are easy to open and locks are mostly defined.
