Our Flicker utilizes a turned maple handle tenoned into an alder back. This combination of woods puts the bulk of the weight in the palm of the user’s hand, making this flicker as ergonomic as possible. The smooth, round handle provides for a comfortable grip in small or large hands. The 2.5” x 4.5” carding pad has 72 teeth per inch set in a vulcanized canvas foundation.

While these are lighter and easier to use and store than their standard size counterparts, they do make smaller rolags since their carding area is one third smaller.
